Return & Exchange Policy

Free Returns — Within 14 Days of Delivery
We offer free returns for all eligible products.
Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at admin@kaicrafts.com with their order details.

Damaged During Shipping
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide unedited proof — either clear photos, an uncut video, or both — showing the issue before the item is handled further.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange within 2–3 business days of approval.

For returns not related to shipping damage:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and preferably unopened in its original packaging.
